I love Valentine’s day, but I don’t love our cultures obsession with “Romance”. Like popstar Charli XCX says, “everything IS romantic”, not just monogamous, committed relationships. I see Valentine’s Day as a day to celebrate the love we have for ourselves before anything else. All of our loving relationships flow from a foundation of self love, adoration and kindness. Sadly, that attitude isn’t always easy to practice. We can be so hard on ourselves because we truly believe that we are capable of so much more. And we are! But being hard on ourselves, isn’t how we get there. The answer is self care: in little ways every day, and in big ways, because we’re worth the effort.

🥀If you’ve been feeling hard on yourself
🥀If you want to show up in the world but don’t know what to do
🥀If you’ve almost given up
🥀If you don’t even know what you want anymore:
💗Love Heals💗
When you create space for your inner world to express, nothing you dream is impossible. 🌏✨
So often we have different sides of ourselves pulling in a million different directions; this workshop is designed to give you space to become aware of these pulls and find peace and alignment in your soul.
You will leave this workshop with:
🌹Clarity from listening to yourself on a deeper, subconscious level
🌹Confidence in expressing yourself through creativity
🌹A handmade token of your dedication to self-love
As a small group we will gather on Zoom, bring our craft materials to a cozy place, then really enjoy the process of creating a collage or mixed-media piece that expresses how we are feeling right now. Affirmations, vision boards and aspirational quotes are all welcome, but so is destructive scribbling, expressing your rage, or creating nothing at all. What is important is that you show up for yourself. You deserve the time and space to listen to your inner world and get to know what’s going on with you. This creative process allows you integrate your emotions, metabolize pain, and ultimately, move forward.

If you feel ready to affirm your creativity and give yourself the space to shine, I encourage you to join us this February 13th, 2026 at 5pm for a sacred space with other creative souls needing to express and connect with themselves. All are welcome and every voice matters. We will spend time creating, reflecting and sharing whatever is on our hearts so come with vulnerability, sensitivity and bravery.
I m so excited for this self-love gathering and I hope to see you there!
Best wishes,
Soy

Yes! It is live on Zoom on February 13th from 5:30pm-7:30pm PST
Yes! You will want some craft supplies such as color pencils, pens, paper and stickers! Collage materials or other mediums like paint are also welcome!
It’s up to you! Both participants will need their own ticket and craft supplies to participate, but why not make it a self love crafting party! If that’s what you’re into, then go for it.
No, not this time! Since this workshop deals with sensitive themes like self-love, to create an intimate container I am not offering a recording of this gathering. If you would like to join, please sign up for a ticket above!
